    Shipping Policy

    Processing & Turnaround Time

    • Orders are processed within 1 business day if placed before 12 PM (Noon) EST on a business day.
    • Orders placed after 12 PM (Noon) EST or on weekends/holidays will be processed the next business day.
    • Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

    Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

    We offer several shipping options at checkout, including standard and expedited services. Estimated delivery times vary based on the carrier and shipping method selected.

    • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
    • Free shipping promotions, if available, will be indicated at checkout.

    Shipping Restrictions

    • We currently ship within the United States only.
    • We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

    Refund Policy

    We want you to love your purchase! If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will issue a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

    Eligibility for a Refund

    • The item must have arrived damaged or defective.
    • You must report the issue and provide clear photos of the damaged/defective item and packaging within 48 hours of receiving your order.

    How to Request a Refund

    2. Include the following in your email:
      • Your order number
      • Clear photos of the damaged/defective product and packaging
      • A brief description of the issue
    3. Once we review your request, we will confirm whether you qualify for a refund or replacement.

    Refund Process

    • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
    • If a replacement is issued, we will ship it at no additional cost.

    Non-Refundable Items

    • Items returned without prior approval
    • Requests made after 48 hours of delivery
    • Products that have been used or altered
